Laminate Floor Cleaners

If you own a laminate floor then you no doubt have to clean it from time to time. With this being the case, there are many different types of cleaners and solutions you can use on your floor. We don't recommend any one particular brand of cleaner. Instead, we review all the laminate floor cleaners individually, so you can make your own informed decision.

Each cleaner has a different type of active ingredient involved. Be sure you know which chemicals can be used on your floor.

There are MILLIONS of tile products, you can easily find some that fit right into your budget. Save even more and install them yourself, make it a weekend. I know it's a lot of time to take out of one's sched, but maybe it can become quality fam time. by David posted on Saturday, October 03, 2015

Hi Jerry, As with ma

Hi Jerry, As with many new things, chnage is scary to some. In the past there have been some inferior attempts to market acrylic transition rings that would act as a go-between the sink and laminate. These were and are plagued with problems as well as being pretty unsightly. As a cabinet and countertop fabrication shop owner in South Florida for 15+ years, we installed undermount sinks in laminate for many years before these newer sinks became available. We would mount solid surface, Corian, sinks under the laminate using an acrylic epoxy similar to how they are installed today. The largest difference with the Karran sinks is that they are made of the same core material, acrylic, but lighter and thus require much less bracing to mount under laminate. Also, the Edge series stainless steel sinks are made in a way that the acrylic ring surrounds the perimeter of the sink rather than sitting on top and thus creates a virtual seamless appearance from the sink bowl into the laminate. by Saddam posted on Saturday, October 03, 2015

Jane, I can't say if

Jane, I can't say if that would work. The Karran and Lansen sinks that we sell are specifically deigensd to be mounted in laminate. One of the things that might tell you if it is possible is that the edge of the rim and bowl must meet at a point. It can not be rounded in any way or you will have a void there where the laminate and sink meet. by Malysa posted on Wednesday, December 23, 2015
