We built our home and had robina laminate flooring installed 4 years ago. It was suppose to be an "upgrade" from our builders original choice. We have had nothing but problems not only with the floor but getting the company to stand not only behind it's product, but it warranty. The first issue was was resolved by a distributor coming to our home and changing out a few boards. Then when the same problem occurred on other boards (closer to 3 years in)they denied our claim and proceeded to blame us for the same exact problem with their flooring. It's funny how this March is only 4 years in our home and this particular floor/color is now discontinued; plus there are no boards that match my floor anywhere on the planet apparantly. I wonder if that has anything to do with it and are we the only claim being denied.
